Specialists from the American Real Estate sector affirm that the time to buy real estate property in Florida is right now, whether it is an investment or a residence.

Cristiano Piquet, a racer and entrepreneur who after 15 years competing in a wide range of automobile racing categories in more than 10 countries, now dedicates 100% of his time to the real estate market in the USA: “Real Estate continues to be the best investment, offering greater and safer returns than any other application”, says Piquet, who has lived in Miami for more than 7 years. In order to work in this market, Cristiano studied to become a Realtor and Mortgage Broker, earned all the necessary licenses and, for the last three years, is the sales champion at his company in Miami.

“I realized I had an inclination for the business while making money on my own investments, so I decided to make a career out of it by assisting and also giving my clients a chance to make money through the opportunities presented by the market today”, says Piquet who nowadays assists clients from all over the world and is one of the most recognized specialists in the field in Miami.

Today, Cristiano is an expert in finding the “deals” (excellent deals, way below market prices, some with as much as 50% discount! ), specially now that the market is favorable to the buyer. “When you can find property priced much below market price in a good area, the profit is guaranteed”, says Piquet”.

According to data from the US government, in 2006 alone there were more than 380 thousand new residents in Florida.
